Warranty

Sofa & Soul source and curate products that meet our standard of quality and ethical production. Sofa & Soul offers manufacturer and supplier structural warranties across our range of lounge, dining and recliner furniture. Our warranty on locally made to order sofas is 10 years from delivery of goods by the original purchaser.

The warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect and does not extend to the upholstery (leather and fabrics), or normal wear and tear. The manufacturers structural warranties applies only to the original client and is not transferable. If a claim needs to be made, delivery to and from Sofa & Soul or the manufacturer is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise authorised by Sofa & Soul in writing.
