Gentle on the land is our approach. The worlds environment is important to us, and we want to do our bit to help.
From our efforts to working with sustainable fabrics like Hemp – an environmentally friendly fabric that uses less water and energy to produce (which means less impact on the land) to extending the life of your locally made sofa with our range of dry clean friendly upholstery fabrics and the option to purchase a second cover, every part of Our Sustainable Story has been thoughtfully considered.

Our Sustainable Story features designs all made locally here in Melbourne using environmentally friendly FSC certified solid timbers and ethically sourced duck feathers. Where foam is used it is accredited with a green star rating or equivalent and is locally produced and fabricated.

Nature's fibre 100% Hemp
Hemp is a natural resource, having been grown for thousands of years providing warmth, protection and comfort. Our Hemp is made in Belgium, and is stone washed to help increase the softness and flexibility of the fabric, perfectly suited to use for our loose slip cover designs. It uses less water to produce, requires absolutely no chemical sprays during it’s growing cycle, natural irrigation and requires very little energy during harvesting. Making our Hemp a sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable choice.
